The Security Service Technician plays a vital role in installing, servicing, testing, and inspecting a variety of access control and IP camera products and systems. As a customer-facing representative, the Security Service Technician must be personable, knowledgeable, and proactive, making decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction and company interests. They should possess basic troubleshooting skills and work under the guidance of various departments. As a Security Service Technician , the successful candidate will need to be hard-working, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work independently to maintain security hardware in the client’s and Unlimited Technology’s best interests. Responsibilities: Install, service, and test a variety of access control and IP camera products and systems. Interpret and understand engineered drawings related to security installations. Possess a basic understanding of door hardware installation techniques. Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to job tickets and installations.
