What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of security experience or equivalent, Computer Networking Courses and proficiency, Must be computer literate, Networking ability, Good knowledge of Computer operating systems, Mechanical aptitude, Able to use hand and power tools, Fluent English language written and verbal skills, Demonstrated superior people and telephone skills, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to work well under pressure, Customer Service Experience, Ability to meet deadlines and commitments, Ability to adjust/adapt to new ideas and procedures, Valid driver’s license, Must be bondable

ULC familiarity would be a definite asset
What You'll Do.
Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices
Complete assigned ULC
CCTV and Card Access inspections
Complete service inspection Acknowledgements
Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule
retrieve and archive inspection documents
Make minor repairs with minimal supervision
Perform other duties as assigned
Locate and inspect equipment
Ensure ULC certificates are kept updated
Test appropriate signals into the monitoring station
Work on customers networks
Training of the end user on systems

Input, retrieve and archive inspection documents via laptop computer. · Make minor repairs with minimal supervision. · Perform other duties as assigned **Duties and Responsibilities:** The Technician will be responsible for (if required): · Locate and inspect equipment required as per customer’s contract. · Ensure ULC certificates are kept update
