Security Senior Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) organization is currently seeking a **Security Senior Manager** in **Arlington, VA** to lead our Insider Threat Program reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Classified Security. The selected candidate will lead the integration, analysis, and dissemination of security-related intelligence across the enterprise, overseeing the intelligence lifecycle and enabling timely, actionable insights to support business operations, risk management, and strategic decision-making as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO). **Position Responsibilities:** * Establish and oversee the Insider Threat Program, ensuring it aligns with The Boeing Company’s organizational goals and government guidelines * Develop and implement comprehensive processes and protocols for identifying, assessing, and responding to insider threats * Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and insider threat indicators within the organization * Design and implement mitigation strategies to reduce insider threat risks, collaborating with Human Resources, IT, Legal, Boeing Enterprise Security and Ethics * Ensure that all critical technology protection and insider threat initiatives comply with government regulatory requirements and internal guidelines and all other relevant federal regulations * Regularly review and update policies and procedures to reflect best practices and regulatory changes * Lead complex security related investigations into suspected insider threats, utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies * Analyze behavioral patterns and anomalies in employee conduct to identify potential risks * Collaborate with Human Resources, Ethics and other offices as appropriate * Establish and coordinate enterprise intelligence collection priorities aligned with business objectives, operational risks, and evolving threat landscapes across relevant func
