Field Sales Role must live in Territory! Field Sales role must live in the surrounding area (Atlantic City, Pennsauken, Hainesport NJ OR Horsham PA).
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of successful direct sales experience in the selling large, advanced security systems, IT, and technology sectors, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on major accounts. Experience in the Security Integration Industry is a must. A proven track record with central control systems and monitoring devices, such as CCTV, Perimeter and Intrusion Detection Systems, and Access Control. Demonstrable success in achieving sales figures between $1-3 million in integrated security business. Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, with an ability to engage senior-level executives. A talent for developing and nurturing effective internal and external relationships. Action-oriented, with intrinsic motivation and business acumen, able to thrive in a matrix organization. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed. Field Sales role must live in the surrounding area (Atlantic City, Pennsauken, Hainesport NJ OR Horsham PA).
What You'll Do.
Champion Advanced and Integrated Security Services, forging partnerships with both established and new accounts across various sectors.
Sell cutting-edge, integrated security solutions requiring a deep understanding of IP security offerings and IT networks and infrastructure.
Engage with sophisticated products like integrated video surveillance and access control systems.
Develop sales leads, solicit clients, nurture referrals, and network within local associations.
Build and maintain connections with security consultants, A&E firms, and the new construction marketplace.
Initiate breakthrough methodologies for follow-ups on prospect communications and proposals.
Convey the value of technically sophisticated integrated security systems and services.
Conduct physical surveys of clients' facilities to pinpoint security needs and contribute to the design of effective security systems.
Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the latest security system offerings.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with colleagues, leaders, and internal partners from Operations and Engineering. Deepen account relationships by connecting with various departments—facilities, loss prevention, IT, finance, and C-suite executives—at multiple levels within customer organizations.
