Fully complete assigned projects; Maintain an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results; Ensure proper execution of warranty; Ensure work performed is in compliance with legal requirements; Ensure work operates with the highest ethics; Ensure adherence to all safety standards; Ensure installation is in accordance with project requirements; Ensure proper operation of systems; Maintain profitability goals; Maintain positive cash flow; Ensure delegated tasks are done accurately, on-time, billed, within budget, and within scope; Provide monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margin; Ensure timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projects; Ensure owner/operator has been trained

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years Security system and Access Control installation experience, Working knowledge of electricity and electronics, Aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs, Ability to effectively work independently, High level of customer service, Ability to carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds, Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft's suite of Office software, Working knowledge of IT network systems, Ability to use hand and power tools and test equipment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical and electrical documents, as well as project plans, specifications, schedules and equipment installation/operation/troubleshooting manual, Ability to pass background check, drug screen, Have a clean driving record
Nice to Have
Knowledge of project accounting, costing principals and contracting, Construction experience, Knowledge of security system programming
