What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years Security system and Access Control installation experience, Working knowledge of electricity and electronics, Aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs, Ability to effectively work independently, High level of customer service, Ability to carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds, Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft's suite of Office software, Working knowledge of IT network systems, Ability to use hand and power tools and test equipment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical and electrical documents, as well as project plans, specifications, schedules and equipment installation/operation/troubleshooting manual, Ability to pass background check, drug screen, Clean driving record

Knowledge of project accounting, costing principals and contracting, Construction experience, Knowledge of security system programming
What You'll Do.

Perform or delegate tasks for project completion
Manage project financial results
Coordinate customer communication
Ensure warranty execution
Provide work direction to subcontractors
Ensure compliance with legal requirements

Complete installation hardware design
Complete software programming
Communicate design and operation to customers
Pursue additional work through change orders
Evaluate contractual scope of work
and delivery of materials
Secure pricing and availability from vendors
Oversee subcontractor payment and billing
Provide jobsite coordination
Ensure installation accordance with requirements
Manage and complete loading
Validate complete system functionality
Resolve issues with subcontractors
Provide accurate project documentation
Complete project billings
Maintain profitability goals
Provide coaching and technical assistance
Ensure delegated tasks are done accurately
Communicate project status to management
Provide monthly forecasts
Send warranty letter to customer
Develop project plans
Coordinate required resources
Perform site-specific training
Develop and maintain relationships
Attend job progress meetings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate communication with the customer; Provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration; Communicate both technical and business-related issues with the clients; Provide coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to System Technicians, Electrical Installers and System Designers; Provide technical assistance to subcontractors; Communicate the status of projects to management; Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and subcontractors; Attend job progress meetings
