What You'll Achieve.
Ensure proper execution of warranty; Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements; Maintains profitability goals and positive cash flow; Ensures that delegated tasks are done accurately, on-time, billed, within budget and within scope of the contract; Ensure timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projects; Ensures owner/operator has been trained

Ability to carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds, Be able to pass background check, drug screen, Have a clean driving record
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years Security system and Access Control installation experience, Working knowledge of electricity and electronics, Aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs, Ability to effectively work independently, High level of customer service, Ability to carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds, Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft's suite of Office software, Working knowledge of IT network systems, Ability to use hand and power tools and test equipment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical and electrical documents, as well as project plans, specifications, schedules and equipment installation/operation/troubleshooting manual, Ability to pass background check, drug screen, Have a clean driving record
Nice to Have
Knowledge of project accounting, costing principals and contracting, Construction experience, Knowledge of security system programming

Coordinate communication with the customer; Provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration; Communicate both technical and business-related issues with the clients; Provide coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to System Technicians, Electrical Installers and System Designers; Provide technical assistance to subcontractors; Effectively communicates the status of projects to management; Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and subcontractors; Attends job progress meetings
