What You'll Achieve.
Fully complete assigned projects; Maintain an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results; Ensure work performed is in compliance with legal requirements; Ensure Johnson Controls staff and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards; Ensure installation is in accordance with project requirements; Ensure proper operation of systems; Maintain profitability goals; Achieve positive cash flow; Ensure delegated tasks are done accurately, on-time, billed, within budget and within scope; Provide monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margin; Ensure proper execution of warranty; Ensure timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projects; Ensure owner/operator has been trained

Be able to carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds, Be able to pass background check, drug screen, Have a clean driving record
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years Security system and Access Control installation experience, Demonstrate working knowledge of electricity and electronics, Demonstrate an aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs, Ability to effectively work independently, Demonstrate a high level of customer service, Be able to carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds, Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft's suite of Office software, Working knowledge of IT network systems, Ability to use hand and power tools and test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters and communication devices as required, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical and electrical documents, as well as project plans, specifications, schedules and equipment installation/operation/troubleshooting manual, Be able to pass background check, drug screen, Have a clean driving record
Nice to Have
Knowledge of project accounting, costing principals and contracting, Construction experience, Knowledge of security system programming

Communicate design and operation to customers, staff, and subcontractors; Communicate technical and business issues with clients; Provide work direction to subcontractors, installers, technicians, designers, and administration; Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical assistance to staff; Provide technical assistance to subcontractors; Communicate project status to management; Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors; Attend job progress meetings
