What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2-5 years Security system and Access Control installation experience, working knowledge of electricity and electronics, aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs, Ability to effectively work independently, high level of customer service, Be able to carry and move equipment/tools weighing up to 40 pounds, Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft's suite of Office software, Working knowledge of IT network systems, Ability to use hand and power tools and test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters and communication devices, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical and electrical documents, as well as project plans, specifications, schedules and equipment installation/operation/troubleshooting manual, Be able to pass background check, drug screen, Have a clean driving record

Nice to Have

Knowledge of project accounting, costing principals and contracting, Construction experience, Knowledge of security system programming

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate communication with the customer; Provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration; Communicate technical and business issues with clients; Provide coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to System Technicians, Electrical Installers and System Designers; Provide technical assistance to subcontractors; Communicate project status to management; Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and subcontractors; Attend job progress meetings
