What You'll Do.

work on high-impact compliance and cybersecurity initiatives

Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery
Drive program/project schedules and status reports
Assessing Azure services for conformance to internal standards
and procedures (SPPs)
Triage exceptions to SPPs based upon operational risk and assist supported teams through the exception and risk determination process
Develop and implement a method to track and manage findings for trend analysis and variations
Handling security exceptions related to secure feature initiatives and KPIs
Managing compliance processes and ticketing workflows for service teams
Participate in team meetings and take meeting minutes
Open and close tickets in Microsoft’s internal ticketing system
Communicate with multiple teams to resolve exceptions
Track findings for trend analysis and provide status reports
