Must Have
PAM/IAM/IGA services presales experience 5+ years, Japanese market understanding, Ability to handle customer environment/issue hearing to Identity Security architecture design and proposal creation, Ability to create estimates considering resources/licenses/operational costs based on solution configuration and verify price validity, Proposal capability to support customer decision making (logical structure, explanation, presentation), Technical knowledge of PAM/IAM/IGA, ID operation architecture design experience
Nice to Have
Financial industry knowledge, Business level English, Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISA), Knowledge, construction, or operation experience with the following security tools/technologies: AM/IGA – SailPoint / MS Entra/ NetIQ / Okta / Thales / HP IceWall, Knowledge, construction, or operation experience with the following security tools/technologies: PAM – CyberArk / Delinea / Beyond Trust, Vulnerability management, Authentication app, authentication infrastructure development experience, Knowledge of security and audit regulations, ITIL and vendor certifications
