What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC/GSOC), emergency communications center, dispatch environment, military operations center, or related operational role, Experience using Microsoft Office products and web-based systems, Ability to work extended periods in a monitoring and operations environment, Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Monitor security systems
Coordinate incident response
Maintain situational awareness
Support security operations
Perform initial incident triage
Coordinate escalation procedures
Coordinate communications and dispatch
Create detailed incident reports
Process cardholder access requests
Support investigations
Follow established SOPs
Assess and prioritize incidents
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate communications and dispatch support with onsite personnel, vendors, first responders, and internal stakeholders; Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers, teammates, and leaders across the organization
Communication Scope
Written and verbal communication skills; Communicate clearly and professionally during routine operations and emergency situations
