What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–5 years of experience in a dedicated security operations or engineering role, Tier 2/3 Expertise, Advanced experience in malware analysis, digital forensics, neutralizing sophisticated phishing campaigns, understanding of security standards, hardening principles, ability to oversee enterprise-grade security platforms, Exceptional analytical skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to Have

CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, Hands-on experience managing and tuning Google SecOps (Chronicle), Experience with SOAR platforms, scripting (Python, Go) to automate response workflows, degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or a related field

What You'll Do.

Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point

Investigate and resolve high-severity incidents

Oversee and optimize security infrastructure

Lead incident response operations

Coordinate across teams

Perform post-incident forensics

Assist in purple team exercises

Maintain security documentation
