Must Have
Valid driver's license, At least 25 years old, Previous experience in security, safety, law enforcement, or military, High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, Flexible schedule
Nice to Have
2 years of experience in safety or security, law enforcement, or military background, Training and certification in First Aid and CPR, Trained in non-violent communication, conflict de-escalation, and assertiveness
What You'll Do.
Ensure doors and gates are locked and secure
Watch surveillance cameras and security systems
Spot any issues or unusual activity
Check and maintain security equipment
Perform routine tests on security equipment
Make small adjustments to security equipment
Report problems with security equipment
Help evaluate new security tools
Greet and authorize employees
Report anything suspicious
Respond to alarms quickly
Follow established procedures
Complete accurate reports
Keep records up to date
Ensure documentation is clear and turned in
Transport deliveries to authorized dispensary organizations and patients
Ensure all receipts are properly documented
Operate company vehicles in compliance with guidelines
