Must Have
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations required, Ability to operate departmental vehicles, including electric transport vehicles required
Nice to Have
Previous experience in hotel security or a related field (1-3 years preference), Basic first-aid certification or ability to administer first aid preferred, High school diploma or an associate’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred, Knowledge of security systems, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols preferred, Experience using CCTV systems and other security technology preferred, Experience in customer service or hospitality to enhance guest interactions preferred, Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus, Additional certifications in security training, conflict resolution, or emergency response are advantageous
