Vast is looking for a(n) Security Officer II, reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Protect to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of human-rated space stations. This will be a full-time, non-exempt position located in our Long Beach location. The Security Officer II plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment at an aerospace facility. This position is responsible for access control, patrolling, incident reporting, and supporting security operations. Officers must demonstrate strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and customer service while enforcing security policies. We are currently hiring for the below schedules: Weekday Nights: Monday - Friday: 11pm- 7:30am Responsibilities: Verify identity and authorization for visitors, contractors, and employees, including handling escalated or unusual access matters Issue and manage visitor and temporary credentials and help ensure compliance with facility
