What You'll Do.
Complete hourly patrol route
Access control for guests
Ensure no property is damaged
Conduct routine foot patrols
Perform other duties as assigned
Observation and reporting of safety issues
Banning notices to rule violators
Maintain file for Ban Notices
Notify management when necessary
Maintain appearance of kiosks
Enforce 'no dogs on plaza' policy
Keep updated information communicated
Report unknown work to management
Notify management of illegal parking
Communicate fire access area accessibility
Close loading dock doors
Report concerns to management
Assist Marketing team with events
Manage cars not parked on plaza
Ensure plaza marketing plan followed
Manage traffic coming onto plaza
