Must be able to stand and/or walk in public areas for extended periods, Must be able to effectively and efficiently transverse stairs, uneven surfaces, varied flooring surfaces and ground coverings, Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs, Must be able to assist sick or injured guests and/or employees, Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed, May drive company vehicles at times, Ability to perform duties under varying conditions, including but not limited to, exposure to varying levels of crowds, noise, and changing weather conditions, Must be able to identify and quickly respond to potential problems, altercations and conflicts and defend self and others in combative situations
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid government-issued photo identification, Must be bondable with no felony convictions, Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations, Ability to work in a drug free environment and pass a chemical dependency test as required, Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations, Effective verbal and written communication skills, Ability to maintain extremely confidential information
Nice to Have
Ability to compose clear, accurate, and concise reports, CPR Certificate and blood borne pathogen training
What You'll Do.
Maintain order on property
Monitor and patrol assigned areas
Assist guests and employees
Protect transfers of money
Assist sick or injured guests
Report unsafe or hazardous conditions
Check identification of persons
Respond to violations on company property
Compose accident/incident reports
Operate company vehicles
Respond to Emergency situations
Perform dispatch activities
Prepare detailed reports
Maintain confidentiality
Secure assigned areas
Identify and respond to potential problems
Defend self and others
push and pull up to 50 lbs
Assist sick or injured guests
Communicate courteously and effectively
