What You'll Do.

Performs assigned security duties

Patrols and inspects facility frequently

Assists medical staff in restraining

Ensures security policies are being followed
Patrols unoccupied areas
Locks and unlocks facility doors
Conducts money pick-ups
delivers the contents
Releases bodies from the morgue
visitors and employees
Participates in security lead training
Maintains current knowledge of applicable laws
Performs “citizen arrest”
demonstrate critical thinking skills
Utilizes assigned non-lethal weapon
Investigates and completes written reports
Maintains an accurate log
Testifies in criminal court
testifies in state hearings
testifies in review boards
assist in the maintenance and preservation of confidential health documents
scanning into electronic patient health information systems
provide guidance and direction to staff
