What You'll Achieve.
Ensure exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site; Safeguard all the sites are safe and non-threatening environment for all visitors/tenants; Ensure any unsecure areas of the site are reported to Control Room immediately and action taken to resolve; Ensure a timely response to all security issues and events; ensure the smooth operation of the business
Industry & Context.
Take ownership of all situations to ensure tasks are completed or escalated when necessary.
Be available to cover at least one additional shift per month if requested to cover absence/annual leave
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SIA and CCTV license essential, First Aid Training
What You'll Do.
Interact with visitors/tenants
Carry out regular patrols
Safeguard site safety
Liaise with site control room
Report unsecure areas
Record/log non-conformances and emergencies
Deal with emergencies
Monitor and surveillance of suspect individuals
Manage unauthorised access
Adhere to radio procedures
Record events/incidents in Security Officer notebook
Respond to security issues and events
Complete training requirements
Cover additional shifts
Liaise with Environmental Services team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Cross-functional coordination; Liaising with site control room; Liaise closely with the Environmental Services team delivering one service and highlight opportunities in working as one team
Communication Scope
Readily interact with all visitors/tenants; Liaising with site control room; ensuring colleagues are fully briefed and always supported; ensuring the Centre team are kept fully always informed
