WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Security Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for leading daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and deployment operations while ensuring compliance with established processes, service-level expectations, and operational standards. This role provides direct supervision of Logistics Coordinators and serves as the primary operational leader within the warehouse environment, setting the pace of work, driving accountability, and ensuring operational continuity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Operations Leadership: Lead and oversee all daily warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, staging, deployment preparation, shipping, and material handling. Establish daily operational priorities and allocate resources to ensure workload completion and service-level compliance. Monitor workflow throughout the day and adjust staffing and priorities to address changing business needs. Ensure warehouse operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment utilizing 5S and continuous improvement principles. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
