The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols to safeguard our office buildings, occupants, assets, and confidential information. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Monitor and maintain security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, fire safety equipment). Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response services. Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to enhance security measures.
