What You'll Do.
Lead projects to identify technical
Drive projects to remediate issues
Manage the Finance Technology control framework
Maintain a prioritized roadmap to address gaps
Improve control design and testing practices
Communicate risk posture and project information to stakeholders
Give input to the strategy and design of
Coach technical team members on designing appropriate solutions
Coach technical team members on presenting to executive
Coordinate with finance and business teams to assess
Align controls across platforms
Evaluate known issues
Identify root causes through end-to-end financial processes
Train control owners and technical teams about controls
Train control owners and technical teams about testing
Train control owners and technical teams about risk
Perform control testing
Provide input to development of Amazon's internal GRC
Plan multiple parallel projects
Manage multiple parallel projects
Drive effective teamwork
Drive commitment across multiple disparate groups
Communicate project issues and status in a concise
