Physical fitness to perform patrol duties. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Primarily outdoors, the ability to work in various weather conditions. Have stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

Must Have
Must possess a High School Diploma or a GED equivalent. Possession of a Security Guard Card or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of hire. Must possess a valid and unrestricted Arizona driver’s license. Must pass a criminal background check and obtain a Class Fingerprint Clearance Card. Must pass substance abuse testing. Must provide an updated immunization (IZ) record. Must have a current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis (TB) skin report. Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within (90) calendar days of employment.
Nice to Have
Prior security experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Under general supervision, responsible for guarding and monitoring all buildings and properties. This includes the disposal of trash and other debris daily. Maintain a visible presence in both interior and exterior to prevent theft, acts of vandalism, and property destruction. This position assists with maintaining and stocking agency materials at each site daily. Work within a team to address property needs, maintenance, and daily upkeep.
