Must Have
6+ Months experience in security role, High School Diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
Bilingual, English and Spanish, is strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide security to employees
Support access control
Perform facility patrol
Manage emergency situations
Monitor shipments against planned pick-ups and deliveries
Execute post orders and given direction
Conduct foot patrols of company property
Examine facility doors
and gates to determine
Enforce company security and safety regulations
Maintain logs of trucks/trailers
Maintain security Daily Activity Report (DAR)
Warn violators of rule infractions
Check personnel for proper identification and clearance
Check incoming and outgoing packages
Perform personnel and/or vehicle searches
Adhere to uniform and grooming regulations
Observe departing personnel to guard against theft
Perform proper notification to police or fire department
Regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic at plant entrance
Aid in checking and documenting temperature data
Aid in checking security protocols of trailers
