What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 1 year of experience in security, reception services, and administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Previous experience with UN agencies or international organizations., Training for the use of detection equipment such as CCTV, X-ray machines, and metal detectors., First aid certification Base 1 and any other security and safety certificate.
What You'll Do.
Ensure continuous surveillance of sites and sensitive equipment.
Guarantee the physical protection of people on site.
Intervene rapidly in case of incident or emergency
applying safety instructions (SOP) and contacting competent services.
Inform the team leader of any incident or accident that occurs.
Prepare and organize their workstation
ensuring compliance with health
and environment (HSE) rules.
Rigorously apply technical instructions provided by management.
Respect the planning of surveillance patrols and established schedules.
Adopt professional behavior and appropriate communication on sites.
Operate and monitor security systems and equipment as needed (CCTV
and inspect bags/objects as well as vehicles entering the site.
Keep available registers up to date (patrol
Ability to work in staggered hours
Assume all other tasks
respecting the procedures of the UN agencies.
