The Third Shift Field Supervisor oversees overnight security operations, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery across assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary leader for overnight field operations and requires strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Field Supervisor ensures security officers perform their duties in compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accountability for staffing, performance, and operational readiness. A key responsibility is ensuring all scheduled, cold-start, and critical coverage positions are properly staffed throughout the shift by proactively addressing staffing challenges, coordinating coverage, and preventing service interruptions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee overnight security operations and provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to security personnel.
