Working within established guidelines, procedures, and protocols, you will provide essential administrative and dispatching support to protect Children’s personnel, visitors, patients, and property. Your proactive efforts will be instrumental in delivering safe patient care and fostering a secure environment. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or public relations **Preferred Qualifications** * Some college * Relevant professional certification in emergency dispatching or communications. * Healthcare or emergency services experience is highly desirable. **Education** * High school diploma or equivalent **Certification Summary** * No professional certifications required **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow detailed instructions. * Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in
