SECURITY THE OPPORTUNITY UHP is seeking two Security Personnel to help support the safety, security, and operational readiness of our 800+ acre campus community in Gentry, Arkansas. This is an armed security role supporting students, staff, guests, and campus operations in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. We are looking for professionals who bring strong judgment, professionalism, situational awareness, and a calm presence under pressure. Key Responsibilities - Patrol and monitor campus property and facilities - Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations - Provide EMT-level response when needed - Support campus safety, events, and operational readiness - Maintain incident documentation and communication - Serve as a visible and professional security presence across campus Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications - Ability to stay calm and professional in dynamic situations - Strong communication and decision-making skills - Comfortable working onsite in an active campus environment Preferred Qualifications - EMT-Basic certification preferred - Armed security experience preferred - Military, law enforcement, or security background strongly preferred Schedule & Environment - Schedule: Flexible based on campus needs, varying shifts, weekends, and campus coverage needs of campus environmen
