Open Availability Highly Preferred, Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds majority of lifting from knee to shoulder other lifting required from various levels, Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet, Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance, Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, Requires use of safety equipment that may include face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment, Requires frequent driving and computer data entry, Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance, The facility is a 24/7 operation and gates must be manned at all times.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of experience within a customer service environment, verbal and written communication skills, Proven track record of decision-making in a complex environment, Ability to relate well with others and establish working relationships, Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment, Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way, Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English, Must be at least 18 years of age, This job position is designated as a safety-sensitive position, Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds majority of lifting from knee to shoulder other lifting required from various levels, Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet, Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance, Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, Requires use of safety equipment that may include face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment, Requires frequent driving and computer data entry, Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance

Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access, and other Safe and Secure Technology, Previous experience supporting an OSHA program – Safety Team, Experience supporting crisis prevention and/or response plans
What You'll Do.
Manage and properly document the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
Be the face of Carvana to our associates
and anyone visiting a site.
Lead with effective communication with team
Ensure you are a active listener and are incorporating effective dialogue.
Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and Logistics facility yard and buildings - documenting any security and/or safety concerns.
Become trained and certified on a variety of life saving measures such as first aid
Partner with your Safe and Secure Team Lead and Safe and Secure Manager to remedy the various requests we receive for badge creation
amongst other components.
Promote an incident ready focus everyday at your site.
Understand our Incident Response Protocol and ensure appropriate actions are taken when needed.
De-escalate situations to ensure we collaborate with partners and team keep our Carvana value in mind

Execute the facility Safe and Secure Principles at the entrance/exits.
Utilize our Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID Technology.
Deliver a service first approach in everything you do.
