## Description Bolster is an AI-powered brand protection and threat detection platform helping companies detect, investigate, and take down phishing and impersonation scams—across web, social, app stores, dark web, and email—before they cause damage. We work with some of the most recognizable brands in the world and are on a mission to eliminate digital fraud at scale. As a Security Analyst, Trust & Safety, at Bolster, you'll be part of a team who protect some of the world's largest brands from online phishing and scams. You'll work in a highly dynamic environment reviewing and pursuing enforcement on some of the trickiest online scammers. This is a career defining opportunity to start in a small and nimble team and help shape key features of Bolster's future product portfolio.This role will initially focus heavily on identifying and addressing abuse across social media platforms, with opportunities to expand into additional threat vectors and abuse types over time. Please note: this role is open only to candidates currently based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. ## Responsibilities Review the latest threats targeting Bolster's customers and prospects. Analyze online content across multiple platforms including web, social media, app stores, website-building platforms, etc. Train Bolster's AI engine based on the latest threats. Investigate online activity and infrastructure to determine the fraud source. Engage with hosting providers, registrars, registries, and platforms to shut down online threats. Track ongoing enforcement efforts and content change. Provide support and written responses to customer queries and requests via tickets. Support sales and customer success teams with threat intelligence for customers and prospects Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports summarizing metrics and trends targeting customers and prospects.
