Assist with vulnerability scans and track remediation progress with system and application owners, ensuring findings are closed within agreed SLAs. Support compliance and audit activities (SOC 2, PCI DSS, internal reviews) by gathering evidence, updating control documentation, and responding to auditor requests. Contribute to security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations, employee training rollouts, and ongoing education campaigns. Perform user access reviews and assist with identity and access management hygiene, including offboarding verification and entitlement cleanup.
