What You'll Do.
oversee security personnel
ensuring the site is properly staffed
officers are trained and motivated
work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives
Act as an advocate and on-site liaison between the company and client
ensure the delivery of high-quality security services
Regularly meet with client representatives for status
address any concerns or potential support
update account documents including standard operating
review Security Officer site reports verifying accuracy and client directives have been satisfactorily
inspect all posts as part of the evaluation of security staff
Oversee and coordinate with company departments
participate in the recruitment
evaluate service quality and initiate any necessary corrective action in a timely manner
and direct counsel employees and carry out disciplinary actions
