Based in our Budapest office, the overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions, while also leading and guiding a team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in resolving complex issues, driving process improvements, and managing stakeholder relationships. ** _Key responsibilities:_** ### **1\. Team Leadership & Development:** * ### Manage workload, assign tasks, and ensure accountability. * ### Coordinate projects to align with department goals. * ### Coach, mentor, and cross-train staff. * ### Monitor capacity, facilitate cross-training, and support development. * ### Develop, implement, and track KPIs and SLAs. ### ### **2\. Transaction Processing & Collateral Management:** * ### Oversee client securities, FX, and derivatives transactions, including daily OTC Derivatives processing. * ### Manage daily/monthly collateral activities and payments. * ### Oversee collateral, transaction, and payment processing. ### ### **3\. Risk, Control & Reconciliation:** * ### Resolve external and internal reconciliation breaks. * ### Analyze and resolve complex securities processing issues. * ### Manage audit requests, follow-up, and monthly KPI/KRI reporting. * ### Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets. *
