What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Operational background, Relevant experience in payment /cash processing, Understanding of SWIFT - in particular the structure and formatting of MT202/103 messages, Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, Excellent Client service skills, Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills & ability to work accurately under pressure meeting strict daily deadlines, Maintain high work rates irrespective of fluctuating volume, Pro-active approach to workflow management, Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Nice to Have
sound understanding of Financial Securities, Agency & Trust /Corporate Trust Operations
What You'll Do.
Ensuring all currency cut-offs and daily deadlines are met
Value Date Payment input & verification
PPA funding entry/verification
Verification of Registered/External Depositary payments
Verification of Daily Tracking Sheets
Monitoring and tracking of funds
Verification of additional claims and recall adjustments
Monitoring / resolving queries
Follow up with Issuers/Clients
User Acceptance Testing of varied system enhancements
Responsible for team performance management
Contribution and participation in ad hoc projects
Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PPA desk
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
holding regular one to one sessions; providing training and guidance to team members; Contribution and participation in ad hoc projects both within the department and Citi as a whole
