TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA (KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES) - Maintain impairment card & Mortgage as a Budget. - Maintain effectively Credit Management cost expenses as budget - Ensure CM pass audit (Rating 3) - Maintain & Monitor CM expenses as a budget - Maintain Complain Management - Maintain Attrition & Developing Staff - Make a good environment as a good place to work.
