12+ years of successful commercial experience in B2B environment, Demonstrated success in value selling role with increasing levels of responsibility, Experience in field sales, Customer marketing experience, Category management experience, Knowledge of working with key or strategic accounts

3-4 years in leading a team

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with the Asia regional sector team; Collaborate closely with the F&B Leadership Team in India Sub Continent; Work closely with the Knowledge Based Servies team; Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing and Sales teams; Work in close collaboration with the sales team
