Must Have
Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs, Must be willing to work twelve-hour shifts, Must be willing to train on days, Must be able to safely and efficiently start and stop extruders, Must be able to safely and efficiently start lines up, Must be able to safely and efficiently maintain and run up to 3 lines, Must be able to safely and efficiently troubleshoot lines, Must be able to safely and efficiently work with little supervision, Must be able to efficiently communicate with leadership, Must be willing to relieve fellow team members, Must be willing to safely complete any other task as assigned
Nice to Have
High School diploma or GED preferred, Prior experience with extrusion equipment, Basic troubleshooting skills, Familiarity with extrusion or converting equipment, Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
