What You'll Achieve.
Develop the team through career discussions and training; Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team; Oversee the direct line management activities for the section including communication, performance impact, career development, and talent acquisition; Support department and directorate level initiatives; Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures; Oversight of personnel issue resolution; Adhere to and ensure alignment to Raytheon Technologies Values and Behaviors; Be a technical leader supporting and enabling members of the section; Develop strategies for proposals and contract execution focused on delivering quality work products within budget
Industry & Context.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required, U. S. citizenship is required, DoD Clearance: Secret, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, up to 15% domestic travel, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, Experience in training development and/or conducting training on high-tech systems, U. S. citizenship is required, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Nice to Have
Experience in radar systems, system requirements, and/or system test, Demonstrated understanding of program Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, and electrical schematics), Change Notices (CNs)/Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), technical manuals, and tool catalogs, Performed as a technical lead for Training and Graphics illustration teams, Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system, Experience with Raytheon’s Proposal Capture Process (development of Basis of Estimates, etc. ), Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and certified BOE certification

Review team timecards and Expense Statements
Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures

Develop strategies for proposals and contract execution focused on delivering quality work products within budget
