Full Job Description
Deliver AD Toolchain Platform products to enable data-driven AD development in China for MB future AD generations · You will lead the team and actively drive team transformation towards a fully competent development team in China for China and for global · You will establish and foster good collaboration with local stakeholders, other business units and global teams to achieve product readiness for AD Toolchain Platform to enable AD/ADAS development work and digital testing · Incubate in depth competence in the team for AD Toolchain Platform products incl. data production line, computing services, digital testing including SiL/HiL and recompute, etc. · Lead RASIC definition & task management in the team · Lead product development engineers & support team and personal development Provide needed training and coaching to team members Education MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or Automobile or equivalent qualification. Experience 5 years of R&D experience with focus on data-driven development in the field of ADAS for series passenger car projects. 3 years of leading experience with teams across BUs and in intercultural environments. Experiences in setting up or transforming teams for new projects with challenges like resources and cross-team collaboration Specific Knowledge Deep knowledge of end-to-end data-driven toolchain development for ADAS, system/function release process and relevant China local and international suppliers. Deep understanding of the technology stack across all stages of the vehicle-cloud data pipeline, as well as cloud data processing, simulation, and platform layers. Knowledge in large-scale data processing, including familiarity with big data frameworks like Spark/Flink and distributed computing concepts.
