What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or Master's/Ph.D., Five years of related experience, Perform assigned assays with no technical supervision, Considerable independent decision making, Valid Texas motor vehicle operator's license
Nice to Have
DVM and board certification or eligibility, PhD and board certification or eligibility, Prior professional experience as a manager, Seven or more years of professional experience, Ability to implement steps for error resolution, Familiarity with LC/MS, ICP/MS, and/or GC/MS, Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, AAVLD accreditation, Familiarity with QA/QC systems, Familiarity with laboratory information management systems, Demonstrated success in assuming increasing responsibility
