Then read on.** **About the Role** This position is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support as well as business support for the Group Innovation Office team in EDSH entity. **Secretarial & Administrative Support** * Provide full secretarial support to the team * Keep strong interaction with GIO counterparties to work close on GIO administrative work * Arrange meetings, tele-conferences and video conferences * Handle filings and records retention * Arrange business travel and expense claims * Support administrative duties such as stationery orders, general office maintenance etc. * Maintain accurate records in staff movements and act as coordinator for onboarding and exit etc. **Business Support** * Consolidate business reports and presentation decks * Maintain documents on sharepoint or departmental intranet * Assist in the preparation of general business communications * Organize logistics for business events and functions and provide onsite support as needed * Organize staff engagement activities such as townhall, recreational gatherings etc. * Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks when required * Assist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, meetings, and deliverables to support smooth execution of office initiatives **Financial and Non-Financial Measures:** * Feedback from the division heads and directors i
