Key job responsibilities The Battery Technician II is a skilled production technician responsible for performing intermediate-level battery build, assembly, and test operations across assigned PODs. This role requires demonstrated proficiency in battery manufacturing processes, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Battery Technician II is expected to: • Follow work instructions and safety procedures accurately and consistently. • Perform assembly of battery build and subassembly. Also assist with ATP • Identify, document, and escalate quality issues, defects, or MRB. • Communicate effectively across shifts and with Engineering, Quality, and Supervisory teams • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory. • Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated. • Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with rec
