## Description Looking for a summer position where you can make a meaningful impact, build connections with children and families, and be part of a supportive school community? Magical Beginnings is seeking a warm, flexible, and dependable Seasonal Support Teacher to join our Groveland team for the summer months! This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety throughout the day and thrives in a collaborative environment. Our Seasonal Support Teachers play an important role in helping classrooms run smoothly while providing nurturing care and engaging support across all age groups including infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-k. At Magical Beginnings, we believe early childhood education should be filled with care, connection, creativity, and teamwork—and we’re looking for someone who shares those values. The Seasonal Support Teacher will work full-time throughout the summer season, supporting classrooms across the center based on daily program needs. This position requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and the ability to confidently transition between age groups while maintaining a positive and nurturing classroom environment. ## Required Schedule Full-time seasonal availability required Must be available to work center operating hours between:7:30 AM – 5:15 PM Flexible scheduling within operating hours based on center needs ## Role Responsibilities Support infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-k classrooms throughout the day Help maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Assist with classroom routines including meals, naps, diapering/toileting, transitions, and activities Follow EEC regulations, center policies, and health/safety procedures Work collaboratively with teaching teams and leadership to support daily operations Step into different classrooms as needed with professionalism and flexibility ## Qualifications EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher or Presc
