Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol in the state of Utah, Ability to physically work as a Restaurant Staff member, Ability to adapt to changing work conditions, Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, Ability to get along well with people, be honest, punctual and reliable, Ability to remain calm and friendly, Work with a “safety-first” attitude, Minimize your impact on the environment, Treat customers, co-workers, leadership teams with respect, Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance, Prepared to work a schedule which may include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current Utah Food Handlers Certification Card, TIPs or Responsible Beverage Service equivalent, Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience

Greet and welcome guests
Present menus and answer questions
Take accurate food and drink orders
Serve food and beverages promptly
Monitor guest dining experience
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness
Work closely with kitchen staff
Communicate effectively with team
Handle cash and credit card transactions
