What You'll Do.
Stock all service areas
Maintain adequate supplies
Clean and stock glassware
Assist with service of transportation of food trays
Assist with cleaning all public areas
Participate in monthly inventory
Stock and maintain supplies
Inspect and prepare all service ware
Assist Server by removing soiled glasses and plates
Maintain cleanliness and sanitary condition of lounge and
Assist in completion of post shift clean up
Maintain clean and organized storage space
Attend all training sessions and meetings
Stock portable bar with required mixers
Prepare all necessary mixers and garnishes
Set up bar service area
Determine guests needs
Suggestively up-sell beverages
Assist in quality service of alcoholic & non-alcoholic
Return stock to storage areas
Record all aspects of guest order accurately
Monitor guest consumption
Inventory all beverages and operating supplies
Order replacement items
Perform all closing duties
Secure all inventory and supplies
Perform monthly inventories
Notify immediate supervisors of problems
Remain current with hotel information
Comply with hotel uniform and grooming standards
