_**Job Requisition**_ JR23851 _**Worker Time Type**_ Full time _**Worker Sub-Type**_ Seasonal ** _Shift_** ** _Job Description_** ** _POSITION PURPOSE:_** This seasonal role accelerates business value by having the responsibility of this position is to bag and/or stack ice on pallets. Demonstrates our “True North” attributes: voice of the customer, respect for the individual, no nonsense communication and utilization of facts, servant leadership and has a continuous improvement mindset in every facet of leadership and daily interaction. Leads, collaborates and demonstrates the lean principles and utilizes the lean methodologies and tools to facilitate continuous process improvements and value creation for our customers, employees and shareholders. Actively utilizes lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3, etc.) to inform and assess business opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Lead and participate in Kaizen and value stream mapping activities. **_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_** * Stack a variety of products, ranging from 5lb to 40lb bags onto standard pallets, must be done neat and square. Help monitor product quality including; bags not properly tied, foreign objects, yellow ice and any deviation from standards. * Learn to start and stop the line when needed. Keep the area safe and report potential hazards to supervisor. Clean immediate work area and entire facility according to the Master Cleaning Schedule. * Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management. * Adhering to the Code of Business Ethics is essential.
