Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
Execute on production duties
Understand daily production goals
Review standard work checklist
Update standard work checklist
Assist in keeping work areas clean
Assist in keeping work areas organized
Identify safety hazards
Address safety hazards
Coach associates to work safely
Participate in safety initiatives
Refer job injuries to area manager
