We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping us grow and thrive in our second century. **Job Description Summary:** This position is responsible for the preparation and processing of the Company’s weekly payroll and pay adjustments. This position reports to the Payroll Manager and works closely with the Payroll Supervisor. The pay range for this position is expected to be $30/per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. **Job Description:** 1\. Perform daily payroll department operations. 2\. Research and respond to all payroll inquiries and questions. 3\. Maintain good relationships with Shop Managers and DSMS. 4\. Monitor ACH Returns, coordinate with managers to correct direct deposit account, process reissues if necessary. 5\. Prepare, review, generate and distribute various compliance reports. 6\. Resolve any pay discrepancies directly with employees and/or their managers. 7\. In-charge of the daily mailings outgoing and sorting/distributing incoming mails. 8\. Set-up pay card manually in Wisely for employees and seasonal hires. 9\. Respond to W-2s and pay-stubs requests. 10\. Assist with various special projects, as assigned. 11\. Requires overtime and weekend work in peak seasons during Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day holiday periods. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** 1\.
