What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Age requirement of 21+. High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Satisfactory completion of post offer pre-employment screen. Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
What You'll Do.
Oversees outfitter desk providing guests with rentals and recommendations on recreational activities, services, dining, and other local amenities.
Assists guests in the Outfitter and answers questions regarding merchandise and items available for purchase.
Maintains a clean, well-organized and presentable Outfitter.
Registers and assists guests in equipment rentals, activities, and services.
Provides guests with an overview of how to utilize rental equipment such as bikes, skis and fishing equipment.
